DescriptionEach year on June a 4-H Club encampment was held at West Central for the members of 4-H Clubs in west central Minnesota. The mornings were devoted to classroom discussions and demenstrations, the afternoons to competitive athletic events, and the evenings to the presentation of plays by groups from various counties represented at the encampment. The picture shows a typical morning class group assembled on the west of the Administration Building. The man in overalls at right is Walter "Slim" Hokanson who was long-time Dairy Herdsman for WCSA.
